My situation is that I’m a 24 yr. old college student who has bad credit from helping out my elderly parent with their mortgage and bills and I need money for summer school. My problem is that I received the maximum amount the FAFSA would give to pay for fall and sping semesters to pay tuition, so there is none left for the summer sessions. Even with the amount I’ve offered the financial aid office as a down payment for a tuition plan, they don’t offer plans in the summer. I went to alternative loans and they denied due to my bad credit. does anyone out there know where I could possibly go for for a loan despite my bad credit? I’m willing to to pay a high interest loan because I need these classes to finish up.
