I have $60,000 in various student loans, but since consolidating my combined payment is only $300/month. I have no other debt. Do lenders view student loan debt differently due to the flexibility of the loans? Also, would they look more at the total amount of the debt or the monthly payment when determining the rate and loan amount?

I have this idea that fascinates me (I’m not going to spill it here). But I have bad credit due to being a student with loans and medical bills. After I set up a DBA, couldn’t I start an LLC and apply for loans through the company? I have assets I could use for collateral if it will help me.

i need deposit $ to move. about $2,000. i have bad credit. i looked into peer to peer lending and the sites told me my credit was too bad or i needed a co-signer. banks always deny me (they did for student loans). does anyone know where i can get a loan with bad credit that doesnt have sky high interest rates?
i live in costa mesa, ca if that makes a difference.
