We have (2) loans, our mortgage and a line of credit on our home equity. My husband lost his job and we were trying to keep up the payments on our mortgage. When he paid a payment he used a payment coupon for the mortgage loan. Instead of applying the whole payment to our mortgage, the bank put some of the payment towards (1) month of the mortgage loan and the rest towards the home equity loan. So now we are still (1) month behind on our mortgage payment and the home equity loan is paid for about (4) months ahead of time. We are trying our best to keep this house.
Yes my husband used a payment coupon with the loan number on it and he received a receipt for the amount and the loan number was on the receipt also.

I want to apply to graduate school for the 2008-2009 academic year. I declared bankruptcy in 2003. I will need substantial loans, and there is no one in my family to co-sign.
Any advice? Will my credit prohibit me from getting loans?

I am looking for a small loan $1000 – $1500, to help cover student expenses like books. My credit is not stellar and I’d rather not get a credit card, I already have too many. I know there are these kinds of loans out there – does anyone know of any good ones? Thanks!

I have recently fallen into a loan trap and I am desperately trying to get out of this hole I have dug for myself. I had bad credit and have been turned down for loans from banks as well as other online lenders. I have a stable job and I am able to pay back the loan each month. I need at least $5000 and I am curious if anyone has any legitimate answers and/or soultions to this question. I have spent months trying to figure this out and cannot get any assistance.

I withdrew from one school to go to another and my aid is being held at the first school until the latter part of March. I have to find a way to pay for the school I am currently enrolled in. My daughters father left us and I have horrible credit as a result. I have no co-signer to help with this. If I wait till the next academic year, more than six months will have passed and I will have to make payments on the loans I have.

have Googled, I have ASKed, I have called. I had no luck. I am looking for companies that offer loans to people (like me) with bad credit. Please do not send refferal service which charges fees and provides no loan results. I’ve already been scammed. I prefer direct lenders/companies. All feedback is appreciate it.
