Is there a site similar to Lendingtree.com for commercial loans?
I’m looking for a bank for a loan on commercial property for a term of 15 year at the best rate possible. I’m trying to find a single site that provides rates from multiple banks similar to Lending Tree. Does a site like that exist? Is there an easier way to search for this information without searching each bank’s individual sites?

Im 21 and i have really bad credit my score is 530 and my family members have recently gone through bankruptcy. I planned on going to fire academy in the fall it totals up to about $4000. the program is non credited program so id have to get a bank loan. is there anything i could possibly do?

Can i get a small bank loan with bad credit if I have alot in my savings account?
I want to get a loan for 2000 at my bank but I have bad credit. i do have a savings account at the bank and i have 5000 in it, will they give me the loan since i have that much in my account? I want to buy a motorcycle but I don’t want to spend that much of my savings.

What kind of money would you need to have in the bank to get a loan with bad credit?
I’m 21 and my husband is 28 and our credit isn’t terrible but it isn’t good either. We’d like to get a house and want to know what we need to have to get say a $100,000 loan to do so? What qualifications and what not? We have steady jobs and money saved.

I Have $10,000 to put down on the loan, but my credit isn’t the greatest and my family is in dire need of a house. Will a bank finance a loan without the need of a co-signer if a large chunk like that is put down?

I am in debt about 6,000 and i have bad credit due to recent family troubles Ive been unable to pay any of my debt.
