Just wondering if it would be possible to be approved for any type of loan to purchase a house. I have really bad credit now since I was a struggling single parent and trying to put myself through college. I recently graduated and make around 80K annually. I realize how difficult it is for everything when you have bad credit. I don’t think I would even be able to rent an apartment. Just wondering.

I am a single mom of 3 children. I work full time and have my childrens father on support(he still dont pay). I am working double shifts to get extra money but im still not getting anywhere. My credit is horrible because of their father and now im about to loose my apartment and vehicle. I JUST DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO!!! I dont have anything to sell and i own no property. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I was just approved for a apartment and I’m 9 months pregnant. I have to put down a deposit and 1 months rent. I don’t have it and need to know which is the best way to get a loan without having a bank account and having bad credit (blame it on a family member). I can’t ask anyone in my family so how can I go about this?
