I am trying to settle the debt but the creditor would not give me much time. Does anyone know if I can loan about 9000 with bad credit? I do not have home but i have a stable job now.
I doubt you will be able to borrow that kind of money with bad credit, unless you have good assets. I recommend pawning a car title or something, that’s the only way you can get a good bit of money with bad credit. Try and settle with the company for a smaller amount! =Tell them some money is better than, NONE!
Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have… however there exists a solution.
I will hereby talk from my personal experience.
I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,
a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found :

That may be more than you can get a loan for when you have bad credit. Most high risk lenders will cap their risk exposure to about $2500.
You may wish to try a local credit union.
9,000? Im guessing it was a car.
Alrighty, heres what you gotta do-
1. Pay it off in full
or
2. Dispute it off your credit report
