I was in bankruptcy(chapter 13), I had almost paid off my debts, to help myself out I refinanced my house to get a lower interest rate, and pay the chapter 13. I did that, and everything was fine then I had a heart attack, and now my credit in a worse state then it was before, Help!

My husband and i have gotten alittle behind on our bills and we are trying to move in to a new home so on top of being behind we have more things we have to come up with the money like soon. But our credit is bad right now please help!!! we need like $3,000 that would get us caught up and get us moved in. If we dont get everything caught up we will lose the car and we wont get the house.

I own a home now, but want to move. My credit has gotten bad since my last home loan. I would have at least 20% to put down on a new loan, do you think I could find someone who would finance me?
The credit problems I have now are from medical bills and other very small debts. I don’t have ANY credit cards, and my only other debt is my current house and car.

I tried applying for a car loan thru my bank and they told me I wouldn’t be able to get it because I had bad credit. I asked them if a co signer would be able to help me out and they said no. I always thought co signers were to help out when your credit wasnt good. Is that not the case?

i’m already paying more than £550 towards loan and credit card payments. I could consolidate all of them with a loan and only pay £300 a mth. But my credit is bad. Would any company give me a loan?

My credit score is around 530 and My husbands is around 630. I have charge offs from 2005 (that will be on my credit report until 2012)
We both have good jobs and bring home around 7000 together each month. We also have around 30,000 saved up for a down payment.
Since our income is decent, and we have a down payment (more than 10%) is it likely we will be able to find a home loan for a new home?
