i’ve seen all those sites online offering car loans to people with bad credit. I am very skeptical of those. Does anyone know where should I start looking?

Does anyone know where I can apply for a private loan with bad credit and no co-signer?
I have really bad credit and am trying to pay down my debts. No bank will loan me the money because of my debt to income ratio. Will applying for a private loan help me at all? If so, where does one go to apply for a private loan?

does anyone know how to get a builiding loan with bad credit?
I need to find a way to get a building loan with bad credit. We have the income but my husband got into alot of trouble when he was younger(meaning never paying his speeding tickets..)Now were paying for it We got the debut down but or credit scores are still low. we have a house thats worth 210,000 but no one will finace it cause it’s an older moblie so I need a loan that will allow us to build.

In a couple of semesters, I am going to start nursing school. I’m going to quit my job because nursing school is extremely demanding, and I know i can’t handle both. Can you get a bad credit mortgage loan anymore?
Have a credit score of around 620-640. Past wage garnishment (a year ago) but paid off early. Past car repossession (reason for the garnishment.) Other small things charged-off. Only looking for a mortgage loan of $25K or less with $10K for down payment. With todays economy, is there any chance of finding a mortgage company? What kind of rates would I be looking at?
